For retainer payment we accept all major credit cards, a check or cash. Availability Checker — you can put in your date and see if we are available on your wedding day Contract — fill out a simple form and create a personalized contract to hire us for your wedding day. Please print out the contract, sign it and mail it to us (or bring it in ) along with your retainer. Planning Form — We offer an online Planning form. Once you’ve book us, you can create a Planning Form to let us know your plans for your wedding. Time Line of Events – A form that asks the time of your Event and then with a drop down list you choose what event happens at that time. Very easy to use. There is an “other” for something that is not listed and a space to add comments. |
